The goal of the Latvian women’s disabled persons’ association “Aspazija” is to help women with disabilities to become fully-fledged members of society, as well as to defend their rights and interests.

The support of the Boris and Ināra Teterev foundation was aimed to promote the work of the association and the shop “Saulgrieze” founded by “Aspazija” in the year 2011. There, the general public can buy handcrafted goods made by 100 people with special needs.

The provision of financing for “Saulgrieze” made it possible to run this shop and to provide work for people with special needs.

Right now, you can purchase handcrafted goods in the online store https://saulgrieze.webtag.lv or in the Day centre "Aspazija".
