The goal of the programme "Do it yourself for your family table" is to give people in difficulty the chance to grow their own fruit and vegetables to put food on their family’s table.

The Boris and Ināra Teterev Foundation's program "Do it Yourself For Your Family Table" involves in activities people who are ready to grow the donated seeds and seedlings. This year, 12 NGOs and more than 350 households participated in the program. In the autumn, representatives of the foundation go to see how the harvest went. This time, they went to Skrunda and Kuldiga districts.

"This is an important support to have as diverse range of sown and planted as possible in small gardens," admit the participants of Kuldīga Senior School. The organization has participated in the Boris and Ināra Teterev Foundation's program "Do it Yourself for Your Family Table" for the first time. It is a program that supports people who especially need it.
