On Friday, 13 October, Talsi resident Antons Kivlenieks, formerly the long-standing Head of the Talsi Pensioners’ Society, received the Boris and Ināra Teterev Foundation’s Badge of Honour.
The philanthropists made the decision to award the organisation’s highest honour to him for his outstanding work over many years, honestly and professionally serving the community of senior citizens in the District of Talsi, Kurzeme and Latvia.
